Did I ever tell you that I applied to be on Masterchef? I did alright too, until I told them that I'd rather work for Gourmet Traveller Magazine than be a real chef.  I like to come in when it's all pretty and smelling great... usually wanting to eat it all up, but not before I photograph the works of art that the real chefs create. After spending many a year working in hospitality, I'm missing it.
